- Download the Mobotix MxBell Android (4.4 or higher) App or the MxBell iOS (8 or higher) App now for FREE.
- Your Mobotix MxBell App prompts you with Push Notifications when visitors ring your

Then you may view, listen to, speak with, or grant access to your visitors over WiFi or remotely over the Internet.

- Also receive selected alarm event push notifications, other than a visitor pressing your call button, on your
MxBell App (version 2.1 onwards) from any Mobotix camera or door station with compatible firmware (see details below).
Different ring tones for visitor call button and alarm event push notifications make it easy to immediately distinguish
between them. Ask your Clever Home automation Engineer
to program any detected event, such as physical camera shock, thermal stress, or a subset of any selected events
that your camera or door station is programmed to detect, to trigger a Push Notification to your MxBell App.
- Easily check the connection status of all Mobotix
IP cameras and door stations in your automated home, to confirm that they are all operating and communicating.
- The MxBell App supports Bandwidth optimised remote access to audio and video over WiFi or the Internet, even
when live video resolution is set very high. The MxBell App is also developed for the most stable performance,
even when your mobile phone's wireless data connection quality is low.

IP cameras and door stations with firmware 4.4.2.73 or higher, or Mx6 processor
devices with firmware 5.0 or higher.
Download FREE Mobotix firmware updates from Mobotix IP camera firmware update page. Push Notifications to MxBell
in response to events other than the call button require Mx6 devices with firmware 5.2.2.x or higher. Follow the
Mobotix
IP camera firmware update guide and the "readme_en.txt" text file that comes with your
free firmware download if you are considering updating your Mobotix IP camera or door
station firmware yourself. Alternatively, simply ask your Clever Home automation Engineer
to update the firmware in the Mobotix cameras and door stations that you purchased from Clever Home.
